This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver physical products purchased through our website.

Digital Products

Many of our resources are delivered digitally.

Digital products, including eBooks, worksheets, handouts, online courses, and downloadable resources, are available immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.

No shipping fees apply to digital products.

Physical Products

Physical products may include books, workbooks, card sets, printed resources, and other educational materials.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotional events, or holiday periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship throughout Australia via Australia Post. All packages are trackable via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Delivery timeframes are controlled by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed.


International Shipping

All physical products may be available for international shipping.

We ship via Australia Post and have limited abilities to track packages once it has left Australia.

International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-sent.

The Psych Collective is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.

If your parcel appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Where appropriate, replacement products may be provided at our discretion.
